Is it normal if I am constipated when fasting?
I fast every other day because I am trying to lose weight, I move bowels every night but on my fast days I am always constipated, sometimes nothing even comes out. On the days that I am eating, my bowels are normal and I feel relieved. Is it normal?

Nothing in, nothing out. If you are fasting there is no bulk in your intestines to become a bowel movement.

The fact that you're not pooping on the days you're not eating makes perfect sense.
