You're aware New Brunswick is a province that's part of Canada..... It's part of the Maritimes.

It depends on where the parcel is coming from, and what shipping service they used. If they offered you ___ days for your parcel to arrive or that you should receive your parcel by ____ date and it hasn't arrived, then contact the company.

It depends. If it has entered customs, it can take up to 15 business days plus whatever time it takes to get from the Canada post facilities, usually in the Vancouver or Toronto areas.

The definition of in Canada could be at Canada Customs awaiting processing.  That could take a week or two.  Or it could be in transit and take a day or two.

Double check your tracking information today and tomorrow to see if it records any additional movement.  If it doesn't it is probably still with Customs.

I don't know any way to know. Canada is a big place and we don't know if it got into Canada in Vancouver or Halifax or somewhere in between. If it's in Vancouver it will take longer to get to you than if it were in Halifax. If it still has to go through customs inspection there is no way at all to predict how long that will take. Could be a couple of days, could be a week or more before they're through with it and it gets into the delivery system again. If it was sent from within Canada then how fast it gets to you depends on what speed of shipping was paid for. Could get there overnight, could take a week or more to arrive.
