Am I going to get in trouble the restraining order I got against me may have been violated ?
So there was this incident that happened with the person who got the restraining order and my mom contacted that person to try to discuss it but here’s the thing i did not tell my mom to do it in fact I told her to just leave it bee. But my mom is stubborn and did it anyways. So here’s the thing I did not tell her to do it so it’s not on my behalf and in the temporary restraining order it does not say nothing about my mom contacting her it does say though that I can’t indirectly talk to her through anyone like telling someone to tell them something for me. But I did not do that. The only thing I can say is for that person to get a restraining order on my mom too
And if my mom gets in trouble can I take the consequences instead? I don’t want her in trouble I knew her heart in the right place and she just did not know how the orde worked

It all depends on if this "person" reports this to the proper authorities.

you are personally in the clear ... and your stubborn mom has to deal with consequences if there are any where you live [we don't know where you live, do we?]

If you didn't make contact, or request that your mother make contact, then you haven't violated the restraining order.
I would probably secretly record a conversation with your mother where you say that you told her not to contact the person, and try to get her to admit she did it despite being told not to.
Just for a** covering.
Then if she gets in trouble - it's on her.

The person with the problem is you.
You had a restraining order against you and you violated it.
Your mom is an idiot for getting involved, and may get a restraining order against her, too.
As for Nicole Simpson: You can see the limits of a restraining order: it didn't stop you from harassing your victim, did it? A piece of paper doesn't stop someone from physically moving around.

Lindsy only got a restraining order after she lied to the court and police and stole my daughter because she felt I liked her better then her. Point blank period. How was it that Nicole Simpson didn't have one?
