Triple-function aircraft?
Is there any kind of aircraft that uses a front-mounted propellor for forward takeoff/gain velocity, top-mounted propellor for vertical takeoff/hovering, and wing flapping for traveling arbuitrary distances on very low power consumption? if so, how do they put away idle propellors that would otherwise cause problems when others are active?

This is simple-
There are no aircraft that use "wing flapping".
Aircraft fall in to two distinct groups:
1. Lighter then aircraft.
2. Heavier then aircraft.
The first group includes, non-dirigible, dirigibles and semi-dirigible aircraft.
The second group includes gliders, fixed wing and rotating wing. It also includes air-craft like the Osprey, which is a tilt wing aircraft. In function it is as close as one can get to the aircraft you have a question about. The Osprey is not the only tilt wing aircraft out there.
