What's the meaning of this sentence?

I'm studying English and this is a line from an popular anime show, Yu Yu Hakusho.  I don't get the meaning of this line.  Could you please explain it?

"Between you and Mitarai, Sensui's not big on the whole building company loyalty is he."

I don't get the meaning of "not big on the whole building company loyalty".  What does it mean?  Thank you in advance.

It sounds like who ever is speaking to Mirarai and the other person, is telling them in confidence that Sensui really doesn't believe in company loyalty.

It's a way of saying he is not interested in building loyalty to the company, but in an ironic or euphemistic way. It's comparable to saying "he isn't too smart" instead of "he's stupid."

It means "not in favor of."
