I was the victim of harassment for a couple years.
Then I spoke up.
I talked to Human Resources and an administrator.
The administrator did an investigation.
They later said what happened failed to rise to the level of harassment.
BUT I've never had a problem since.

I have. It was pathetic but ended rather abruptly when I sided with the victim until her reinforcements arrived
