You'd have to be crazy to think that it was all right to storm the Capitol the way he did.
His charges are civil disorder, obstruction of an official proceeding, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. Sounds pretty serious to me.
I also heard that he's considered a "flight risk," which is why there's no bail.
