I have a cell phone which I use as a hot spot but want to connect a wireless printer which I can’t do without internet what do I need to do.?

some wifi printers have a feature called WiFi Direct printing. this allows you to wirelessly connect to it, no internet needed.

some ethernet only printers can be set up thru a router, then you can connect your device to the router and print thru that. no internet needed.

You either need a Bluetooth enabled printer or a Wi-Fi network. The internet is not required, however using your phone as a hotspot means you are using that for an internet connection.

If you can not use printer without internet,then get internet or do not use printer
