Why do Republicans not talk about policy anymore?

You got it.  The Republican official platform is filled with planks that the majority of Americans don't like.  And they, the GOP, are just beginning to realize it.  With the charisma of Trump out of the picture, they have to rely on their platform to attract voters, but the platform is weak and shaky.  It's falling apart...and so is the Republican Party.

Republicans are the party of the wealthy 1% of Americans who have no voting power. In order to get any votes they have to distract people away from the policies that funnel all of America's wealth away from 99% of us to the top by having gullible voters concentrate on social issues like abortion, gay rights, gun control, immigration and fictitious things like cancel culture and the evils of 5G.

They've been successful for doing it for 40 years.

Rebel cause is all it ever was .

Started to oppose big daddy government and has become big daddy .

Christians were persecuted and became the persecutors. 

Racists tend to get upset when the company pulls a publication it deems racist...  What on earth are they going to read now in congress, Barney?

Cause no one is going to vote for republicans if they understood what republicans support

Just white supremacists and violent pro-lifers is all now
