How much does it cost to live by Lake Tahoe?

Is $3,500/month [before taxes] enough, or do I need $4,000/month?

I ask because I think working from

home in customer-service, may work

out for me now that I found Career-Builder.

    I have a 600 SF rental there. It has  a shower, kitchen and bedroom. It's unfurished. You pay the utilities. I get $2000 damage deposit and $3500 a month rent. It's leased for a year, and I have several names on a waiting list. I may have the most affordable unit in my area.

    You can find a place there for that sort of rent easy enough.
