No-one knows for sure, but possibly.

The seas rose after the last Ice Age, and many lands disappeared.Β  Some, like Doggerland are well known, but others are not.Β  Atlantis may have been one of these.

It can be real or not real who can judge,

  • Atlantis is now known to have been a smallish island in the Mediterranean.

No.Β  Plato had a tendency to make up stories for rhetorical and teaching purposes.Β  He did it often in other works.Β  There's no reason to believe that Atlantis wasn't similarly a fabrication for that purpose.Β  It was done in the context of a discussion about defeating a superior enemy.Β Β

Sure, Plato might have drawn on inspiration of past civilizations, perhaps one of the candidates like the Minoans or what have you.Β  But it's unlikely that any place perfectly matching Plato's description ever existed.
