Has Biden explained how we pay for the $1.9 trillion Covid relief #3?

Update:

The Truthseeker - If you're really a "truthseeker", you should join me in asking my question.  Why didn't SOMEONE in the Democrat Party, now that they have all the power, act responsibly and work to pare down this bill by removing spending that had little to do with Covid relief.  I invite you to google the bill and read it.

Update 2:

Whatever you think about the border wall, estimates are that about $15 billion was spent on it.  No small number.  But I'll let you do the math in comparing that amount to the $1.9 trillion to be spent in Covid relief #3....not even analogous in any way...

Update 3:

Grumpy - Covid relief #1 was needed.  #2, less so- should have been more targeted.  #3 should have been even more targeted, especially with people now being vaccinated and the economy opening up.  The bill is filled with nonsense.  Read it.  It is almost as someone went through with a wish list, and wrote down various amounts of money for what was on their list.  Irresponsible.

Of course Biden and democrats have not explained how this “stimulus” will be paid for. To put it in perspective, this single bill costs more than the sum total of all income taxes collected last year.

What this bill will cost taxpayers is astronomically more than the “relief” taxpayers will receive.   Biden of course doesn’t want the masses to understand this.  He wants to look like Santa bringing presents at our expense.

"Doctor" Jill charges clothes at the store so he assumes he can just charge it.  SloJoe never was smart and now with dementia it's a real issue as he has a dangerous amount of power at the top of his Peter principle

The same way we paid for number 2 and number one. Funny you weren’t curious until now. More evidence that republicans set aside all critical thinking and logic when it comes to their own party

If he said "Mexico is gonna pay for it", would you be stupid enough to fall for it again ?

The debt is on the verge of massively devaluing the US Dollar. That, I believe, IS the intent.

       Why?

China's singular goal is to unseat the US as the world's superpower and our currency being the world's reserve currency for international trade.

With the crash of the dollar comes the end of US economic dominance.

Ask the big businesses.  After that ask the Republicans how they paid for their oil subsidies and other big farmers and other billionaire donor.  Thereafter, you may qualify to have a standing to raise that question here.

Edit: I read the major provisions. You have no clue what COVID Relief means. You are repeating false soundbites about 9% relief spouted by some wayward Republicans and Fox News.  It has never meant vaccine and delivery only. It means assistance to all adversely effected. Cities, Towns Small Business, Schools, Frist Responders, Children, Families, Obamacare, Pension Assistance. All the while the Republicans read Cat in the Hat.
