If the biden reich succeeds in getting a new "background check" before buying a firearm bill passed, who will ensure the source of their?
information is accurate? Denials under the current system are reversed on appeal routinely. When will a background check be required to buy an automobile?
RepubliKaren, PLEASE get back on your meds QUICKLY!!! I didn't understand a thing you were ranting and babbling about.
Once again, I ask a simple question and get babbling rants, ignorant, unrelated responses and NOT a single intelligent answer.
Windle, you gave your five year old son and AR-15? Sure you did. Then you woke up, right?

Windle here, and might I say, I completely agree with you. The Biden reich MUST be STOPPED at all costs. Quite frankly, i have never been more scared for mine and my families lives. My 5 year old son (he/him) asked me if Biden was gonna put us in a concentration camp yesterday. Terrible. Think of the children maybe? I bought him an AR-15 to wipe his tears. I’m shaking.

Some states already have background checks. It's already been happening in America. Also everyone gets a background check when they get a job or a place to live. The background check on the car is your paperwork. You can't operate a car without your paperwork so even your analogy doesn't make sense

Background checks are the job of law enforcement to as not to allow guns to be sold to felons or those with mental impairment. Everyone has a right to appeal but the law should be fairly enforced. Again that is the job of law enforcement. The law should also include accountability. A registered gun owner should be responsible for the security of their fire arm. If the gun is used in a crime or if carelessly securing it causes an accident the owner should be held liable. None of this violates the 2nd Amendment. It’s no different from being the registered owner of a car and being responsible for its proper use.
The NRA is supported by gun and ammo companies whose goal is to sell as many guns as possible. Even many members are for registration and being responsible for their guns. There is no doubt why the sponsored conservative law makers in the 70s who voted to not allow the government to keep gun violence statistics. Truth is you are more likely to be injured or killed by a gun if you own one. (Check stats pre 70s ban) We need the government to start keeping stats again to get a real picture of gun ownership.

?? Background checks have been done since 1980. As far as me selling a gun to a neighbor, who'd know? It passed the House, not yet the Senate.
