No. No geckos are venomous. Very few lizards are venomous. In the US, only the Gila monster is venomous. In Mexico, the Mexican beaded lizard. And even the venomous lizards don't have fangs. They just have venomous saliva.

I've never eaten any but I doubt it. If you mean "venomous", no. The only venomous lizards are the Gila monster and Mexican beaded lizard. MAYBE the Komodo monitor.
