    Because freedom of speech should not be limited to just that which can be said in one specific language.

    Because national languages are stupid. Why should we have a national language? Just speak whatever tf you want.  Problem solved. Lol

    @William no it doesn't.  English isn't the national language.  We don't have one.

    In the mid 1700s, there was a movement to make Hebrew the national language, but the movement never really caught on.

    We are a federation of states. 50 nations. So it's up to each nation to decide on their language.
