Are gun control laws racist because it makes it harder for blacks to buy guns because of systemic racism?

The lefts solution in many states is to increase the prices required for the hoops, to buy/own a weapon. In the very least that prevents the lower income people from even considering purchasing a gun. But the wealthy, don't even blink an eye.

It makes it hard for anyone with a certain misdemeanor or any felony to LEGALLY buy a gun.

Nice try. It isn't harder for black people to buy firearms. Gun laws are unconstitutional and fascist because the powers behind them want to disarm Americans so when they attempt to take over the country there will be no resistance.
