Why did Biden call Putin a 'killer'?

Actually, the interviewer on the US ABC News video clip said something like: "Do you agree that President Putin of Russia is a killer?" Biden replied, "Yes, and the proof will come later."

As to China, Biden's Secretary of State is currently, 18 March 2021, is at a conference in Alaska, USA with officials of the PRC. The first day, the USA brought up many Chinese human rights "violations" such as Hong Kong and religious persecution in Western China. The Chinese side replied with mention of recent US issues.

Probably because Putin has people killed.

Trump didn't deny that Putin was a killer either. When asked he said "Do you think WE're so innocent?"

Besides, how can anyone deny that Putin IS a killer? Just ask Boris Nemtsov or Anna Politkovskaya. Oh ... wait ...

Joe's made a pretty nice career of blurting out whatever pops into his head and never having to answer for it.  Race, jobs, foreign leaders, corruption ... doesn't matter.  He's teflon.
