It is copying someone else's works and ideas while changing some words for synonyms (words with similar meanings). There is no real change to the thought of origin. Changing a few words does not make it otherwise. At best, it would be misquoting. and using any quotation, even if mistaken in precise words, is plagiarism if you do not say who you have taken the quote from. Stealing a car and repainting it won't make that car yours.
