How do I get this working again??

I have speakers plugged into my desktop computer. I have made sure all connections are as they should be, but I can't turn the speakers off by pressing

the power button (on the speakers). What can I do about this? Thanks

    maybe the switch got jammed .... ask a repairman to clean it ....

    well u have to mess around with the sound settings if u have windows, sometimes there are two outputs and u have to turn the other one on in the settings menu
