I have a water bottle with a filter and a water jug with a filter and just wanted to know if it is safe to fill these up from the bathroom tap or not?

Seriously?? Do you have two separate water sources coming into your home? If it all comes from one source WHAT WOULD MAKE THE DIFFERENCE???????

It should be because there's a filter in each container..

    Yes.

The cold water coming out of your kitchen tap

is the same as the cold water coming out of your bathroom tap.

It is fine. That is what the filter is for.

That will work, but if you have a fridge with through the door filtered water, fill them there. Let the industrial filter in the fridge do the hard work, and your in-container filters work a lot longer.

The idea of having a filter is to filter the water, and most tap water is safe as it is (depending on where you live) so yeah, it's fine, so long as the filter is still working.
