Taiwan issue is also the red line of the USA. The USA must not allow Communist China to annex it by force . The Biden Administration can not afford to make Taiwan fall into the hands of Communist regime .

Taiwan is not under attack right now. If the US and China have a military confrontation there, it will Taiwan that gets bombed and Taiwanese civilians who die. They don't want that unless China makes the first move.
