Is it fair yes or no for an American man?

Is it fair yes or no for an American man, that a European women gives birth in Europe because she does not want to comply with US paternity, child custody and child support laws and respect her American father parental right she must not visit the USA before her 18 birthday? This does not have anything to do with children's rights or welfare, only parental rights. According to the law the left behind parent is legally the only victim if the child is not returned before child custody ends at age 18. This would also be the case if the child does not want the taking parent to go to jail and does not want have anything to do with the left behind parent.

It is not about fair and unfair. It is about rights. In the case you describe; the child will live in Europe; any rights that you may have will be determined by the European/Country courts. American custodial rights cannot be enforced in Europe. However, this does not mean you are legally free from obligation of support. I do not blame the European girl. this one seems like a smart cookie. European laws favor women far more than even the U.S. She gets it all, you get nothing, nada, zero, zilch.

What do you mean about comply with US laws? If the child is born in Europe he must comply with European laws. American laws mean absolutely nothing in Europe.

Every child deserves his mother AND father,

The father has the right to parent his child whether the child wants him to or not — there is a decent chance that the custodial parent has “brainwashed” the child against the non-custodial parent.  There is a reason God gives a child both a mother and a father.  No, it is not okay for there to be years of delay for the child and parent to meet as long as it is within 18 years.  How awful a choice to make and it most likely indicates the custodial parent does not have the child’s best interest at heart or is deficient in intelligence and compassion.
