Why would a 10 year old girl allow her mother to put a permanent tattoo on her body that will remain there for the rest of her live? Why would she still like her tattoo 20 years latter?

Is it fair for an American mother yes or no? Because the courts in the United States will not enforce a child custody order from Saudi Arabia because it violates our public policy, children born there to an American mother and Saudi Arabia father are not allowed to visit the United States before age 18? This is because the US legal system cannot be trusted to return the children to Saudi Arabia.

What should a mother do? Her child only speaks German to her sister and her father. The mother does not understand German. Her child speaks German and English at native proficiency since birth, because her father only speaks German to her.

Is it fair yes or no for an American man, that a European women gives birth in Europe because she does not want to comply with US paternity, child custody and child support laws and respect her American father parental right she must not visit the USA before her 18 birthday? This does not have anything to do with children's rights or welfare, only parental rights. According to the law the left behind parent is legally the only victim if the child is not returned before child custody ends at age 18. This would also be the case if the child does not want the taking parent to go to jail and does not want have anything to do with the left behind parent.

This is because it would be a criminal offense under US law for him to take the same children back to Saudi Arabia.

Why do Americans think it is fair that because the British (United Kingdom) Prime minister is born in the United States (has British parents) he had to give up his US citizenship because he does not want to pay taxes in the USA and comply with IRS rules? What about a British mother who does not want her child that is born in the United Kingdom to America father to become a US citizen for the same reason?

Is it fair that because child support cannot be legally contracted out a women cannot use her ex husband sperm/fertilized embryos without ex-husband's consent?

Is it fair for a mother, yes or no? She is told by the father of her daughter that if he did not have any legal parental rights of her child, he would not have sex with her and her daughter would not be alive today. The child has a very good relationship with her father because he is a very good father to her.
