Responsible people go to court to get their custody, visitation and child support agreements codified so there are no questions. In this case this father can't just dodge his paternal responsibilities and the mother needs to get a court ordered DNA test to prove he's the father. After that she files a request for child support. She can't make him have sex with her but she can make him share both the child and the expense of raising the child with her.
