Is it fair for a mother, yes or no?

Is it fair for a mother, yes or no? She is told by the father of her daughter that if he did not have any legal parental rights of her child, he would not have sex with her and her daughter would not be alive today. The child has a very good relationship with her father because he is a very good father to her.

People who've chosen to create children in unstable relationships need to stop posting question about whether they should follow their whims on how to handle their coparents. Responsible people go to court to get their custody, visitation and child support agreements codified so there are no questions. In this case this father can't just dodge his paternal responsibilities and the mother needs to get a court ordered DNA test to prove he's the father. After that she files a request for child support. She can't make him have sex with her but she can make him share both the child and the expense of raising the child with her.

None of what you just wrote makes any sense except for the last sentence. Please have your question translated into basic, correct English and re-post it.
