Where can a man buy normal fitting (not tight) athletic pants, in 2021?  Please see details?

After years of wear, each of my ahtletic (polyester) pants and sweatpants (cotton) wore out.  I needed to buy several new pairs of such pants.

I drive to a few stores where I used to shop from the 90s to the late 2010s.  Department stores like Kohl's, JC Penny, Sears, stores like Walmart and Target.  I also shopped in mall stores such as Old Navy, Champs, Foot Locker, and Olympia Sports.

For decades, I've bought such pants by numerous brands.  Those that still exist now include Old Navy, Nike, Jordan, adidas, and others. No logo, or a small logo, is what I prefer. Yet, now, I'd buy a pair that fit normal if it had the word NAUTICA across the entire left leg!    

With COVID (and I'm super grateful I'm alive) most stores don't allow customers to try on clothes (rightfully so).  A few do.  I've tried on, or bought pairs that looked baggy, or normal, NOT skin tight.  I tried bigger sizzes, and they still fit like women's tights!    

What store or site can I buy normal pants?  They don't have to be 90s gangster baggy.  Somewhat (or maybe even slightly) loose and baggy is all I want.  

If anyone can please list stores or websites (or links) of such pants, please do so.  It is extremely appreciated.  As long as they are new, ebay links would be fine too.
