What’s wrong with me? ?
I don’t understand this feeling I’m having. I tend to have a lot of anxiety but lately I just don’t feel complete. I do everything right. I wake up early. 5/6 am. I work out hard. Cardio and strength training. I eat healthy every day all day. I take my time to study,learn and read. I do yoga. I just feel like everything I’m doing ISNT enough. I need to be doing more. Maybe I’m asking on what can I do more to feel better ?
The way I can describe my feelings is honestly my heart aches. My mind CANT stop thinking. I just want to scream. I really could use a punching bag and beat it to death. I just hate how everything I’m doing ISNT enough. I’m going obsessed with becoming successful, financially and life goal wise. I just want to be the best person I can be. I hate myself honestly so much. I hate that all I have is my physical attributes. I don’t feel good about who I am on the inside.
Please help me I’m desperate.

Learn how to play a musical instrument, dance, paint, draw, do photography, take acting classes (wherever your talents lead you) start reading and writing some poetry or other creative writing maybe, do some journaling...you’re running from yourself. Wherever you go there you are. You can’t escape yourself with frenetic activity and non-stop drive. You can’t be dissatisfied with who you are or what you are because you are all you have. You need to embrace the deeper you. Introduce the outer you to the inner you. Most of what you’re doing now might be more for the externals. The physical, the quantifiable. And certainly take care of your body because your body is the temple of your soul. But don’t forget to feed your soul while you’re at it. . It sounds it may be a little malnourished.
Which is not all that uncommon in a society and a culture which emphasizes the materialistic and judges everything according to externals. But everything that’s worth anything comes from that creative source that is within. And spend as much time in nature as you can. Don’t look at the phone too much. Be comfortable with the peace if solitude and lack of distraction, particularly in natural settings. Stay away from ugliness. Ugly people and ugly environments. Seek beauty.. To paraphrase Keats, “ Beauty is truth and truth is beauty. That is all you know on this earth and all you need to know.”

What's wrong is most likely (99.99%) your regular diet. Your eating 'healthy foods doesn't counteract your eating of incredibly UNHEALTHY things.
Basically, you don't avoid added sugars and white flour products and have too little insoluble fiber, AKA whole foods, water, unsweetened teas and unflavored milk ONLY.
This is not conjecture and whether you agree with me is irrelevant; the truth remains the truth.
I just stopped by to let you in on the secret that capitalism run rampant has created.
I am just throwing you the lifeline that was thrown to me 5 years ago. Most is reversible and the vast majority is preventable.
