Why do liberals think that all Trump supporters are white supremacist's?

Is it due to the constant brainwashing by CNN and MSNBC? I just think it's a little far fetched to think that half of the people in the United States are white supremacists just because they voted for Trump. Do liberals even have the ability to think logically?

Update:

Addendum: I don't know any white supremacists nor have I ever 'hung out' with any white supremacists.

    I don't think "liberals" think ALL Trump supporters are white supremacists, but as the saying goes "you are judged by the people you hang out with".

    Not all Trump worshipers are white supremacists but all white supremacists are Trump worshipers.

    I don't. Some are contrarian people of color but not many. Most are angry, scared working class Americans that have no idea of the history of ramifications of the things they are supporting.
