Is it better to have 2 house rabbits than 1?

So, they can keep eachother company when I'm away from home.

    For Sex to run family can have male rabbit with female rabbit get them married reproduce their kind have grad bunnies continue family line

    As long as they are the same sex, or you won't have just 2 rabbits for very long.

    Two is always better than one..but unless you want a lot of baby bunnies best make sure they're not opposites genders cuz they will go to town.

    Twice as much rabbit poop around the house.   Are you willing to do double the work to take care of them?   

    I don't know if rabbits get lonely, but I don't think they do.   Cats also are better as a solo act.   They really don't care if they have a friend.
