Should you carry around a health insurance card?

And if so, how do you get one..? Im on my dads policy now bc hes a first responder and said he gets really good coverage.. But he never goes to the dr and probably doesnt even know about the insurance card, but I dont know our info in case I need it, so how do I find that..??

    If he is covered by health insurance, he has the card somewhere, or can readily get a duplicate one.  Just say that you'd feel better if you had a copy of the card to put with your stuff.  Emergencies happen, and if you have a card with you, that will facilitate getting help.  As a first responder he will understand that.
