Why does Rand Paul and fundies think they have a say in transsexual kids and adults medical experience ?

Probably because they are part of the Legislative (Law Making) branch of the U.S. Government.

That's Republicans for you. They want to control every aspect of life. Everyone is to be forced into the one mold they have decided is acceptable.  The only people entitled to any hint of freedom are right wing evangelical leaders. Everyone else must be strictly controlled.

I see the fundies think genitals are by far the most important part of a human.
