What is the pressure at bottom of the pipe? ?

Length of the pipe 10.5 meter dia of the pip 0.04m,gauge mounted at bottom, 50killogram weight kept at the top of piston as shown in the figure. Now my question due to 50kg load compressing the piston what is the pressure shown at bottom of the pressure gauge?

    if the fluid is clean water the pressure is:

    .433*34.5ft=14.9Psi+110.23=125.17PSi
