Very bad for a person my age of 54 with type 2 diabetes. Hotdogs for breakfast. Soup for lunch. Potatoes & sausages for dinner and ramen as a snack around 8-9pm.

Awful. I don't eat any fruit except tomatoes. No vegetables except lima beans, corn and lettuce and onion on sandwiches. Mostly meat and eggs are all i like.
