Do you welcome Irish truckers' decision to bypass the UK by using direct ferries from France to Ireland?

    They always have.  The Rosslare - Cherbourg ferry route has always been in operation.

    Ireland is a nation of potato farmers and nothing more. They disrespect the UK at their peril.

    Yes. The fewer trucks on our roads the better. However, after they've had to endure a storm or two on that long sea crossing, they won't be quite so keen.  Very clever of the EU to 'negotiate' cutting off Northern Ireland from the rest of the UK in order to make a united Ireland by default.

    There are extra ships from rosslare to France so as to avoid the UK because of all the red tape and delays post Brexit, people have stopped buying items from the UK in mass in Ireland now too because if the extra tarriffs

    Yes, less wear and tear on the roads, less pollution, and so forth.

    It doesn't affect me but it makes sense for them to avoid the chaos created in Ireland and Northern Ireland by Brexit.
