You can get happy from exercise endorphins are naturally created by your body when you exercise and are a more powerful narcotic than morphine and natural and it makes you feel happy. The feeling you get from narcotics is not normal and will in time can make people feel depressed. After two weeks of using many substances your brain makes a chemical adjustment so it takes more to feel the same way.
