No, every single country should have at least 100 cases. It's just that North Korea refuses to report Covid cases because their government is very secretive. North Korea probably has about 20,000 cases. So still nothing compared to the US!

I don't know what you mean by places. there are places everywhere as long as there are no people that are infected with the virus.3/4 on this planet is covered in water

There are many remote tribes that mostly live in jungles setting and away from civilized habitats that would only get the virus is exposed by outside visitors.

There may be climates that aren't favorable to the virus - but if it isn't everywhere yet, it will be. Get yourself vaccinated when available to you.

Melbourne. Probably.
We had covid, oh yes, it was bad in October 2020, but we worked like a motherf**er to get rid of it, and right now, it seems like we have gotten rid of it. We have been told that we can drop the masks, we can have visitors (up to 100 in a day... pfhhh, I don't even know that many people...) Cafes and cinemas are kicking into full gear again, we are even having our annual comedy festival.
We haven't had a case in a long time, it would appear that there is currently no covid here.
But yeah, I know, that could change in a heartbeat.
There is covid in Queensland, they just went into lockdown.
We are rolling out the vaccine, but not fast enough for most people's liking.
Things are pretty good here right now, but I won't be dropping the social distancing for some time. Let's see where we are in 2022.
