If you can’t harm another citizen based on constitution then why you think you can make discrimination laws against transsexual people ?

There's all sorts of discrimination, by age for instance, little kids can't drive cars. That doesn't mean they are harmed by it. 

Everything you mentioned in your question is based upon misinformation and misunderstanding.   Try again.

Hint: the constitution is primarily there to define the government and to protect individuals from undue government interference.  There is no law that prevents you from hurting others.

Okay, fredda---WHERE in the constitution does it it say you can't harm another citizen? 

Some things are handled at the state level, and the federal government stays out of it.

There are no "discrimination laws against transexual people." We are MUCH closer to having laws passed that force people to pretend that males are females (and vice versa), and allow children to receive hormone treatments without parental consent. Why don't you consider THAT a "harm?"

I'm not sure what discrimination laws you are talking about here, but I will make a guess on the subject matter.

The WNBA was created so that women could play professional basketball.  The truth is they could also be in the NBA, but physically there aren't many woman if any that could compete with men on that level.  Its not sexist its just on average men are physically dominant to woman.

Now there's been debate recently regarding if transgenders should be allowed to compete in womans sports.  Well let's think about it.

By what I said a little bit ago.  Mens sports are like playing professionals and womans sports are like playing minor leagues.  So why would somebody want to play in the minors over the majors.  Heck even every so often you will see a woman challenge a man to a one on one basketball game or UFC dream match.  No the truth is most woman in sports want to compete against men, but are not good enough.  Ask any woman in the WNBA if they would rather be in the WNBA or the NBA.  Look at the pay difference.

Yes, I understand transgenders are born in the wrong body and things like that, but you have to understand that gives an unfair advantage in womans sports.

Let's put it a different way, let's pretend a black person was put in a white persons body.  Should that person be able to have the NAACP help them out with thier student loans.  If some day the government gives blacks reparations is that person entitled to reparations.  How about if they dyed there skin black, now are the entitled.

Again women in sports much rather play men's sports; fame, fortune. ect., but some transgenders rather play women's sports; why cause they can't compete at men's level, neither can hardly any woman.

No, the truth is the more that they let transgenders play womans sports the less it will be womans sports.  Eventually it will become transgender sports.  When that happens transgender basketball league will make less money then womans or even the minor leagues.  

Nobody would want to be in it because transgenders would no longer have an advantage over the rest of the league since its all transgenders.  They wouldn't make much money.  I could go into this, but the easiest way to explain it is men on average are less attracted to transgenders then to woman and there are more women then there are transgenders.  In other words there wouldn't be much of a fan base for an all transgender sports.

Again, I wish that science could find out at birth if your the wrong sex.  Or there was a way to truly turn a person into the sex they believe they are or want to be.  However science hasn't caught up enough yet.  If you don't believe this pay attention to how many womans records are being destroyed by transgender athletes.  Not just beat, but destroyed.  Records are generally never destroyed without cheating.  No, I'm not saying they are cheating, I'm saying they have an unfair advantage.
