    x^2 + (xy)^2 + y^3 = 100

    y^3 = 100 - x^2 - (xy)^2

    y'(x) = -(2 x y)/(2 x^2 + 3 y) - (2 x)/(y (2 x^2 + 3 y))

Hints: What's the derivative of x² ? The derivative of y^3 is 3y² * y'.

Now, whats the derivative of xy² ?

Answer these, and then we will take it from there if need be.
