video format....?
I have two external desktop hard drive. a 14 TB drive for my video library that i have all fixed up in MP4 and edited for my media player i have connected to m TV..
But the real story is, I'm storing the original video files not edited just the whole video. So what is the smallest format for storing video files to not take up much room.

I convert all my videos to mkv format with H 264. Very watchable and takes up very little room.. .
Oh and I use KM Player to watch them on.
I only have 8 TB of space and nowhere NEAR to filling that up.
