Is this normal ?

I’m 17 and I have a brother who’s 19 turning 20 in 2 weeks and curses so much while I barely curse at all only in bad occasions

    Perfectly normal, we are all quite different, even siblings.

    Yes , it is normal . No two people are the same and his social influence from his peers will be part of it .
