What’s a good 5k time for someone over 250lbs?

I’m 6’6 250lbs and generally do 23 and some change but sometimes in the high 22 range. Also, how does muscle mass affect your 5k time as opposed to having little muscle mass?

The same time for someone who is shorter or less weight. Doing it at all is good. Doing it under 30 mins is very good. Doing it under 20 mins is really good.

Muscle mass may affect ones running, but I've seen some really buff guys that were fast runners, and some who were firm but lean, who weren't fast runners. There are many factors (training being a big one) that may affect ones speed.
