    Obviously nothing flashy. Keep it neutral. Skin tones up through classy mauve colors. A French manicure always works.

    Depends on what type of job you're interviewing for.  There's a big difference between an executive assistant and an adult film star.  You'll need to be more specific.

    Neutral, clear, or subdued.  Nothing that would distract from whatever topic you’re discussing.  And it would be more of an issue in hospitality industries. (All bets are off in entertainment, for example)
