Why do people buy food from restaurants?

people like the convenience of fast food and they like the atmosphere of restaurants, people also like the taste of restaurant-quality food.

Well, some people don’t want to cook or they don’t have the time to cook, and some people don’t have an EBT card

Somebody else thought that and envisioned restaurants. Now they don't need ebt to buy their food. Crazy aint it?

Because they don't want to take food out of the mouths of those who CANNOT afford to buy food. They just aren't THAT selfish.

Because they're convenient and you can't easily make all restaurant foods at home.

When raised by proper parents, you are taught that welfare and handouts are only for those UNABLE to work not UNWILLING.

Back when that was taught by all parents, those on welfare amounted to less than 1% of the population.

NORMAL people, at least ones that have some sense of self decency, do not Want handouts, even if they are sometimes necessary.
