Are younger people (millennials for instance) less racist and more likely to be for social justice?
It seems like older white people, 40s and above are the more racist generations, and that younger people today are smarter, more compassionate and more likely to accept their fellow man. I saw this when George Floyd was killed, most of the people marching for him were younger whites.

"Racist" means you dislike an entire racial group. So in reality older people and younger people are just "racist" against different race groups. Having an irrational hatred of black people is no more or less noble than having an irrational hatred of Asian people or white people. Our racism has just shifted.

Half right. They are more Racist, but for some reason are taught to use their Racism for "Social Justice".
It started a long time ago, with "Affirmative Action". A person was entitled to a job merely because their race had been Oppressed for 400 years.
Prior you could trust that a minority in a job earned it, was even better than a white. Now, you cannot be sure if the person even knows what the job is.
Same with Higher Education, did the person earn their seat or are they an answer to some unwritten quota to fulfill an average on a government form.
