Liberals hate free speech and the rest of the US Constitution. They know their ideas can only win when everyone else's free speech is shut down on Twitter, Fakebook, etc. Their strategy for doing away with free speech and the rest of the US constitution is to re-frame history where the US founding fathers who established our human rights are portrayed as racists, where statues of the founding fathers are torn down, where we only focus on the wrongs of the time and not all the things they did right such as establishing due process, free speech, our system of Democracy, etc.

Cancel culture is a made up term from Faux news in a truly pathetic attempt to keep the foaming-mouthed Chud mob that is the right wing voterbase as radical and invested as they were under the orange fascist.

But when Lil Nas X makes a song/shoe the christards don't like, suddenly we have to boycott Nike, and every song he's ever made.
