Now then, this answer varies. Taller people generally have larger feet than shorter people. Probably the average height and weight female has a shoe size around 8-9. In the usa. I dont know about other countries.
Just know that you are fine the way you are and if your feet are above or below average size, then it means nothing. There is nothing wrong with the way you look or the size or your appendages.
