IF getting working visa in USA is damn hard, what can I do to pass a few months (at most 1 year) in USA if I am not well financially?

    If you're planning to stay for a year without the right visa then you're already afoul of US federal law so working illegally isn't going to be substantially any worse than overstaying.

    If you do not have a visa to be in the US you need to return home
