Since we've defined "cheat" as issuing false campaign propaganda one assumes that would be it. No one seems to bother asking why the voters have been dumbed down to where this tactic works. "We're too stupid to see through garbage like 'pizzagate' so we need laws to protect us". Yikes, America.
