I can say with absolute confidence and certainty that Joe and Kamala care about immigrants as much as your favorite politicians care about their voters.

It is actually more subtle than that.

Europe used to be very fragmented. Every country spoke its own language and had its own culture and history. Count Nicholas Richard von Coudenhove-Kalergi devised a plan to bring them all together. he would flood Eurpoe with Africans and Asians. That would break down the internal barriers, he argued, and Europe would unite because the individual countries had been weakened.

That is called the Kalergi Plan and both the EU and the US seem to be following it. There is also the Cloward-Piven Plan that uses excess immigrants to swamp the welfare systems of a given country.

So, the powers that be are using schemes that have been known for decades. Is it coincidence that the EU is trying to implement an open borders policy?

It's all about future democrap voters.  SloJoe is so far out of touch with reality that he cares about nothing except an afternoon nap.  His handlers are in charge.  Kamala is probably pissed about SloJoe's handlers sending her down to the border to "fix things".  She is an opportunists and will do as she is told until the trojan horse is removed.  But the criminal aliens, as a sensible person would call invaders, is not something she is overly concerned about.
