One Nation (United States) under God, with Liberty and Justice for all?  Do you agree? or am I offending some of you?

Last time I dare utter those words on here, some people got angry at me, implying this is like my bad interpretation or some nonsense like that.

Updated 3 days ago:

I think they got mad because they thought I was urging the ideal of unity, and they prefer division, but as you can see, someone on here has an issue with the fact that we are all under God, and yet others do not believe in liberty and justice for all.

Times have sure changed, because I think there was a time not too long ago, when the phrase would be heard with pride and appreciated. Today, its scorned.

The last time you posted "One united nation ...". Those aren't the words. You embarrass yourself making issue of something you can't even get right. You just want to bych. It's people like you why the site is shutting down. I learned long ago not to take you seriously by how you flood the forum seeking answers you already think you know.

    I hate changing things

Since "Under God" was added years after it was written it should be removed and the Anthem should be recited as originally  written. Since I am old enough to have learned it without the phrase "Under God" I recite it without the phrase

It is only meant to be inspirational when it was written.

Yeah it's just a shame Christian conservative Republicans are destroying the 'Perfect Union' the Founders of America envisioned!

It’s just not true because so many of you don’t believe in the Christian god.
