    Ham. I Usually bake one.

Had  Hbrger  helper  Sun nite.    Puled pork sand Sun afternoon at Goldfield, near "Lost Dutchman" mine. Spent most of Easter weekend in Mesa w/in laws. We ate out.  ...

EDIT  Easter is a Christian holiday. Not "Jewish or Muslim". Paul   (a Jew) was told by God that all animals  are of His  making, and clean If cooked correctly. Paul Started Christianity. Similar to Judaism at first, but Not the "same". Jews do not accept Christ as the resurrected  Messiah, for one thing.

Lamb was traditional until  last few centuries. In Northern  Europe,  Ham was available in early spring, not  lamb.  Most N. European and English traditions became assimilated into US traditions.
